Free can’t cope with UK messages

I SIGNED up for Free Mobile in March, with a €20 monthly package including all calls, texts and internet usage in France – but soon became aware that I was not receiving text messages from the UK or Ireland. This still does not work today, even though I have contacted them about six times. They have asked me to input codes on the mobile phone, they have made technical changes on their side, and finally they say they have no arrangement with mobile companies in Ireland or the UK, so I cannot receive texts from these countries. They refused to send a new SIM card to see if the card was a problem. I will now be cancelling the subscription.
