THE GOVERNMENT plans to cut the number of its websites from 600 to 60 in two years.

Budget Minister François Baroin said the government was looking to simplify its digital landscape.

Customers will have access to their accounts at the Pôle Emploi and tax services, on top of the services already available such as registering to vote, registering in the census, informing of a change of address or applying for allocations familiales and pensions.
