Help us support the Poppy Appeal
The Connexion will donate €1 for every subscription taken out or renewed by the end of the November
THE CONNEXION has announced a partnership with the Royal British Legion that will see €1 from every subscription in November donated to the Poppy Appeal.
The donation will be made for every new Connexion subscriber this month, as well as renewals to the paper.
In this small way, we hope, with your help, to boost the Poppy Appeal fund and support the Royal British Legion in its work.
The British consul in Marseille, Simon Taylor, said: "The Royal British Legion does a fantastic job in providing veterans and their families with welfare and financial support.
"The Poppy Appeal is a very worthy cause and one that embassies and consulates around the world support.
"It’s important that we continue to do so. I am very pleased that The Connexion has taken this initiative. Please give the appeal your support."
