WEBSITE Drimki.com has set up an advance-viewing section on its site so people can test the water for both sales and purchases.

The Test Avant-Vente allows sellers to check the potential of their property and lets buyers place a marker against properties that interest them, all the while getting checks done on their finances.

When the seller makes the property available, Drimki already has a list of interested parties who have signed up to have their finances verified.

The company says it can cut the average sale delay from 42 days by nine days.

Its service is paid for by Drimki’s partner estate agents.
