Lutyens gem for sale
A LITTLE piece of England in France is for sale in a hamlet near Dieppe where the Sir Edwin Lutyens-designed Bois des Moutiers is offered by descendants of the original owners.
The country house was designed by Lutyens for banker Guillaume Mallet who wanted somewhere in keeping with the English Arts and Crafts philosophy.
It has been in the same family for four generations with little change and the family would like the new owners to keep it intact and for it to remain open to the public.
