Map shows where new Covid-19 cases are in France
A map showing the evolution of cases of coronavirus region by region in France has been updated to show where the 212 affected cases are.
The map uses figures from regional health agencies and national health agency, Santé publique France, and has been put together by French media BFMTV.
The most affected regions are Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Hauts-de-France and Île-de-France, while there are four cluster sites, foyers de contamination, in Oise, Haut-Rhin, Haute-Savoie and Morbihan.
At least 91 cases are related to one infected site in Oise (Hauts-de-France), where a 60-year-old teacher and a 89-year-old woman have died from the virus.
The number of cases continues to rise with the fourth death being a 92-year-old man in Brittany yesterday.
The first fatal victim was a 81-year-old Chinese tourist hospitalised in Paris at the end of January.
Twelve people are reported to have recovered from the virus so far.
