Nantes airport row mediator appointed
New Prime Minister Edouard Philippe has appointment a mediator in the controversial Nantes airport project at Notre-Dame-des-Landes, so that a “clear” and “assumed” decision can be taken on whether it goes ahead.
Nicolas Hulot, new Minister of Ecological and Solidarity Transition, has said he is opposed to the new airport.
