New Cannes TV series festival
The mayor of Cannes wants to launch an international TV series festival in 2018.
The government has said it wants France to host a series version of the Cannes Festival and is considering Lille, Cannes, Nice, Bordeaux and Paris – but David Lisnard says he already had the idea and is going ahead.
