The day of free calls and texts within France will be between September 3 and 10, depending on your package, and details should be sent by text message.
The Orange network was down for 12 hours on July 6 and also affected customers of Free Mobile and Virgin.
For pay-as-you-go customers, the free day will September 7, and for business customers it is September 10.
