Paris residents came up with some wacky ideas to improve the capital... like a zipline slide from Buttes-Chaumont to Laumière metro or a water tanker to spray people urinating in the street.
Other ideas to plant a tree in all arrondissements to ‘mark the secular state’ and setting up ‘voter ashtrays’ where smokers vote by choosing one or other ashtray could be approved.
