Rihanna received at Élysée Palace
Rihanna visited the Macrons on Wednesday to discuss issues close to her heart
The singer was greeted by Mrs Macron on the steps of the presidential palace before entering the palace to discuss education issues with the president.
“I've just had the most incredible meeting with the president and the first lady", Rihanna told reporters. "They were incredibly welcoming to us. We discussed the topic of education from global aspects."
The singer tweeted Mr Macron in June, asking if he would commit to funding for education:
🇫🇷 bonjour @EmmanuelMacron, will France commit to #FundEducation?
