Sales of second-hand train tickets have doubled in a year, one website says

sites offering second-hand train tickets, www.zepass.com and www.kelbillet.com, say sales more than doubled in 2009 compared to 2008.
Zepass put it down to word of mouth and the SNCF prices going up.
Their service is free to sellers of unwanted tickets but buyers pay a small fee to be put in contact with sellers, offset by the savings (an average of 15%) made.
