Singer stages gig in store window

SINGER-SONGWRITER Irma put on a concert among the luxury clothes that grace the windows of Paris’s Galeries Lafayette yesterday.

She performed several of her hits, including I Know and Letter to the Lord during the show to open the famous store’s Festival of Fashion.

Irma is no stranger to performing in unusual places - she has played an impromptu gig on the Paris Metro is currently organising a string of street concerts in the French capital.

This unusual set was arranged by French TV broadcaster W9 to mark the start of the festival - and none other than 80s singer-turned-DJ Boy George followed up with a performance of his own.
