METEO France has issued storm warning have been issued for 21 departments.
For those in the Midi-Pyrenees, the Corrèze, Creuse, Landes, Lot-et-Garonne, and Pyrénées-Atlantiques the alert will last until tomorrow morning.
The key concern of the forecaster is violent gusts of winds, which could hit up to 100kph. It warns people to seek shelter.
