Survey launched into Britons' plans for UK election
An expert in French politics and the political participation of Britons abroad has launched an anonymous survey on expats’ voting intentions in the British elections next week.
Dr Susan Collard of the University of Sussex wants to find out about how Britons voted and participated in the EU referendum and 2015 General Election as well as their intentions for the snap election on Thursday next week.
Along with her short election survey, which ends on June 8 and can be found at this link, Dr Collard has also launched a more in-depth one called Britons Abroad 2, which seeks to find out more about the British expat community.
Both surveys and a recent blog post in which she explains how expats could tip this month’s election in marginal constituencies, can also be found via her new Facebook page: Britons Abroad.
