PROPERTY prices in some Paris arrondissements have risen twice as much as in some others over the past 15 years, a report shows.
The Notaires de Paris study showed anyone who bought an apartment in the working-class 10th, which contains the Gare de l’Est, the Gare du Nord and the Canal St Martin, would have seen its value nearly treble (up 189.5%) over the period.
In the hip 16th, beside the Bois de Boulogne, prices only doubled (up 108.2%).
