What issues would you like to flag up to MEPs?
Pension uprating and pensioners’ healthcare, the right to work and run a business or have qualifications recognised, and difficulties with obtaining a permanent carte de séjour are among issues Britons abroad in the EU would like Connexion to bring up when we visit Brussels on Wednesday night.
As we previously reported Connexion will be joining a panel, including members of the British in Europe coalition, for an event being organised by Brussels and Europe Liberal Democrats and the EU Citizens Taskforce, a group of MEPs interested in expat rights in connection with Brexit.
This will be a chance for us to help make sure important issues that matter to Britons in the EU are flagged up to MEPs and others as the Brexit negotiations approach.
If you have any specific issues you would like us to mention, please let us know at news@connexionfrance.com with ‘Brussels event’ in the title of your email.
