A warning to owners of pellet-burning stoves (poêles à granulés) after ours recently stopped working. On inspection, a wren was found to be lodged in one of the ventilator fans. It cost quite a bit to have the stove dismantled, but a simple solution is to fit a wire mesh around the chimney outlet.
