Do your bit for the climate
Several organisations are trying to wake everyone up to the world’s climate crisis.
I am not likely to be greatly inconvenienced by any of this because I don’t expect to be around that long. But I find my solar panels both fun and they save me money, likewise my new heat pump, and as for my lovely Tesla, I am speechless with pleasure.
I even have a Smart Flower which tracks the sun, which is decorative if not particularly cost-effective. I can’t say I particularly enjoy giving up steak. But I do now have close to a zero carbon footprint.
As for the kids, I have joined the Extinction Rebellion, as have many others, and in support of them I may well end up doing time in prison, but I have never done that so far so I have added it to my bucket list.
So kids, go for it, it’s your future and I know that you know exactly what you are doing.
