Shop in tourist site could help cut waste
A new visitor centre in the tourist heart of Paris could play a key role in cutting waste as the Zero Waste France shop in Montmartre shows people how to change lifestyles to stop being like other citizens who produce 590kg of waste a year.
Backed by a collective and funded by €30,000 of start-up capital, the centre’s shop sells zero-waste products and has a library for information with classes on cutting waste.
