My wife and I are early-retirees and are covered under an E106. What is our healthcare entitlement after that?

Early-retirees coming to France have no right to state healthcare reimbursements once their temporary E106 forms (under which the UK continues to pay for them) run out.
They have to buy comprehensive private health insurance policies for the period until they become entitled again through being state pensioners or through having lived in France for five years.
On the other hand, as an auto-entrepreneur (self-employed person) you will become entitled through your work.
