The Connexion contacted the Covid-19 helpline and was told that yes, this is acceptable.
The spokesperson said that as long as you stay together and that two separate QR codes are generated, it is legal.
You can download attestations directly from the interior ministry’s website here. If you want to make two, just download the form twice and fill out both.
You can also generate the certificates through the TousAntiCovid phone application. Here, the app remembers your personal information, such as your name, address, etc. so it is possible to generate attestations within a few seconds.
Under lockdown rules, everyone must fill out an exemption certificate (attestation de déplacement) when leaving the house. People should only leave the house for necessary reasons.
