The Connexion tip: Property energy diagnostics
All property adverts must show the result of the property’s latest energy diagnostic.
This diagnostic de performance énergétique (DPE) gives a rating for a building’s energy consumption from A, very good, to G, very poor, and the emissions rating.
If an advert is for a property in a copropriété, eg. an apartment in a block of flats, then it must legally include the nature of the copropriété, the number of other properties included and the average annual budget for charges you would have to pay.
