RE: Mark Bennett’s letter ( Reasons to love France ) in the September issue, I think I should move to Ille-et-Vilaine…
Here in Vaucluse, I can agree with points 1 and 4. However, as a cyclist, I have been driven off the road more than once by cars and lorries, and I gave up going to the main café after 100 visits (I kid you not) when they still did not acknowledge me, nor show any sign of recognition...
