Burqa law shows tolerance limit
All things in moderation – including religious tolerance
Every country has a dress code. None allows nudity and if 99% of people are offended by people who hide their women, depriving them of sunlight and freedom to make men jealous (while the men get multiple wives) then perhaps Sarkozy has it right.
I challenge those who call people racist when they criticise Islamic fanatics to tell me how religion – a choice – equals race and why are they so ready to criticise Christianity?
If criticism of a religion is only acceptable from within that religion, then what is the world meant to do if a religion develops cultish characteristics?
All things in moderation – including religious tolerance.
