Readers have been asking about what they should do if they are going out for two permitted reasons on the same trip, for example to a pharmacy and also to do food shopping.
Can you tick more than one box or do you need two forms?
The French Government website in fact encourages people to do as much as they can in a single outing rather than go out twice.
