Under French law effective from September 15, health care workers must get their Covid jabs if they want to carry on in their jobs
According to the Ministry of Health, 300,000 health care workers in France remain completely unvaccinated.
They now have less than one week left to start getting vaccinated, or risk being suspended without pay.
Vaccines have been made mandatory for all health workers in France from September 15.
A change in the law was announced by President Macron on July 12 that would apply to health care workers, including doctors, nurses, office staff and volunteers - anyone who comes into contact with vulnerable people. It was approved by the French Parliament on 26 July.
Although the measure provoked demonstrations among those who are opposed to it, public support is high.
Previously, those who did not want to get vaccinated have been able to take advantage of free antigen and PCR tests to check that they were Covid-free.

Meanwhile, the booster campaign is now inviting those aged 65 and over to get their third injections.
Over 250,000 have been administered, but while health professionals were prioritised at the start of the vaccination campaign, they have been left out of the vaccine booster campaign.
