Budget airline easyJet is expanding its winter programme from Strasbourg airport by adding three new routes, including one to the UK.

A new direct service to Milan from November 7 will be joined by those to Rome and Manchester on November 28, with the latter flying twice per week on Fridays and Sundays.

Scheduled to run until early January and hoping to entice Britons to visit the city’s famous Christmas market, tickets are already available through the easyJet website.

A ticket for the earliest flight during the period is currently available for €38 one-way, although for most of the flights tickets are at least €70 one-way.

The low-cost carrier currently runs four services from Strasbourg including domestic flights to Nice and an international flight to London Gatwick

The latter flies twice per week for most of the year, increasing to six days per week during the winter holiday season.

It marks a further expansion of seasonal French routes by easyJet which has seen a steady stream of flight announcements for 2025 and 2026 despite the recent closure of its base in Toulouse.

The airline currently has six hubs in France in Paris Orly, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Lyon, Nice, Bordeaux and Nantes.
