EDF has lowered the price it buys electricity produced by homeowners using solar panels.
The rate for electricity produced by roof-integrated panels was 60 centimes/kWh and 32 centimes for others.
These are now 58 centimes and between 31.40 and 37.68 centimes depending on where you live.
Remember – income from small-scale electricity production is not taxable.
