I found the article about Richard Kroon and his "new" way of selling/buying houses, most interesting
I FOUND the article in your February edition, about Richard Kroon and his "new" way of selling/buying houses, most interesting.
However, what is not said is more interesting: Mr Kroon does not have to depend on the 2.5 per cent commission from the buyer to earn a living, because he also takes 2.5 per cent from the seller.
This compares more than favourably with the six per cent by a normal immobilier, when one considers that he has reduced costs and responsibilities.
