Owner must knock down dangerous wall in France
A property owner must demolish and rebuild a badly-built wall that is at risk of falling on a neighbouring house.

The Aix-en-Provence owner told the Cour de Cassation appeal court the neighbour’s fear of the retaining wall falling was not enough for demolition.
But he was ordered to rebuild it properly under the instruction of a maître d’œuvre artisan.
