Partenaire EDF not all it seems
We got a call in January from a “partenaire EDF” offering to come and show how we could save on our electricity consumption. The ‘technician’ showed us papers stating the company he represented “Eco Energie” was approved by, and registered as, a “partenaire EDF”. This only means EDF recognises the qualifications of the company – nothing to do with quality of service or honesty. If you receive any calls from someone saying they are a Partenaire EDF, it will be for a sales pitch and only that. I think people need to be warned about this.
