Do we have to declare the income on our French tax form as it will already have had the tax deducted in the UK?
I have been studying the Tax Form Guide in April's edition of Connexion and I have the following question:
We have a 'With-Profit Income Bond' in the UK and I understand that any tax due is paid at corporate level.
Do we have to declare the income on our French tax form as it will already have had the tax deducted in the UK, in which case we will be taxed twice?

Yes, it has to be declared here in France and ... sadly ... yes, the result is that you will be taxed twice.
