Supermarkets must reveal profits
SUPERMARKETS will have to reveal details of their margins on produce after MPs backed a proposal to make prices more transparent.
The law should boost people’s purchasing power as supermarket margins have outstripped pay rises, with some products having margins of 30-50%.
